Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, clothing items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original, sellable condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.

1.2. Condition for Return

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery along with proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
  • Any item that has been worn, damaged, or has missing tags will not be eligible for return.

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for return pickup or drop-off.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by ELITECART only if:
    • The item is defective, damaged, or a wrong item was sent.
    • For other reasons, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

1.4. Refund Process

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

2. Warranty Policy

As ELITECART deals only in clothing, no manufacturer warranties apply. However, buyers may report any quality issues within 7 days of receiving the product.

2.1. What We Cover

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching issues, fabric defects)
  • Incorrect sizing or item sent

2.2. What We Don’t Cover

  • Wear and tear due to usage
  • Damage due to improper washing, handling, or alteration
  • Items washed, used, or without original tags

3. Exchanges

  • Exchange is allowed only once per item and is subject to stock availability.
  • To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges can be done for size or color variants only, and the original product must meet return conditions.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Keep proof of purchase for returns or exchanges.
  • Ensure items are securely packed for return.
  • For items not covered by defects, the customer will bear return shipping charges.

5. Seller Responsibilities

  • Accept eligible return or exchange requests raised by buyers within the stated policy.
  • Ensure smooth handling of defect-related complaints.

6. Dispute Resolution
