This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on elitecart.in (“Site”), which deals exclusively in men’s and women’s clothing.
By making a purchase on our Site, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation by Customer
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped by contacting our customer support team via email at info@elitecart.in or by calling +91-9211295731.
- Post Shipment: Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
To cancel your order, please provide your order number, name, and product details. Once verified, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
1.2 Cancellation by ELITE COMMERCE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Item is out of stock or unavailable.
- Payment issues, including authorization failure or incomplete payment.
- Technical errors in product listing, pricing, or description.
If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will be notified via email.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective clothing item.
- You received an incorrect item (wrong size, style, or color).
- You canceled your order before it was shipped.
All refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2.2 Refund Process
To initiate a refund, contact customer support with:
- Your order number
- Reason for refund
- Photographic evidence in case of damage or defect
Our team will verify your claim and may ask for the item to be returned before approving the refund. We will arrange reverse pickup at no cost to you for eligible claims.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date the returned item is received at our warehouse.
2.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method:
- Card Payments: 7–10 business days
- UPI/Wallets: Up to 5 business days
If the original payment method is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
2.4 Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refunds will be issued if:
- The item shows signs of use, washing, or tampering
- The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
- The product is returned without original tags, packaging, or labels
- You request a return due to change of mind (unless clearly permitted)
3. Returns Policy
3.1 Eligible Returns
You may return a clothing item if:
- It was damaged or defective upon delivery
- It is not as described or the wrong product was sent
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
3.2 Returns Process
To request a return, contact our support team with:

- Reason for return
- Photographic evidence if applicable
If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged. If the return is not due to a defect or wrong item, the buyer will bear the return shipping cost.
3.3 Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Clothing that has been worn, washed, or altered
- Items missing tags, labels, or original packaging
- Any product explicitly marked non-returnable at the time of purchase
4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product (for size or color), you must:
- Return the original item as per the returns policy
- Place a new order for the replacement item
5. Shipping Charges for Returns
- Defective/Wrong Items: Return shipping is free of cost
- Other Reasons: You are responsible for the return shipping charges
